The BSc (Biomedical Science) programme is designed for very able students with an interest in emerging areas of medical science and its applications to improve human and animal health. It is also one of the pathways to MBChB programme.

Food Science & Nutrition and Exercise Sciences


If your rank score is below 199 (which in equivalent to a GPE or GPA below 3.5) the documents below will help you to plan your BSc in Food Science and Nutrition and Exercise Sciences.


What is a GPE or GPA?

All secondary school students rank score will be assigned a Grade Point Equivalent (GPE). This GPE will be loaded against your academic record and will be used as part of the enrolment process as some Science courses at Stage I have a GPE requirement, e.g. BIOSCI 107 requires GPE 3.5.

Students with a rank score between 165 and 199 will not be able to enrol into these courses as the rank score is equivalent to a GPE of 2.5. The documents on this page will help you to plan your BSc in Food Science and Nutrition and Exercise Sciences.
